We met Tom through Nicola Hayes who had known him professionally for years. After discussing my final major project with Nicola, she introduced me to him and we interviewed and asked him more about starting a creative industry within the market.

Here are some of the notes I took whilst talking to Tom. I found that he geave a very realistic insight into the ups and downs of creating your own agency. This made me realise that running an agency can be very difficult at times and its important to have a strong team that you can trust.
